“Under such conditions, whatever is evil in
men’s natures comes to the front.”

I’m with Monroe on this one. Carnival came to Portland and my God, was
it boring! The idea itself wasn’t that bad. Wesen as slaves at the carnival
forced to woge over and over again for the entertainment of the crowd. But it
took SO much of screen time, the show was repeated like three times. Why? It
felt like it took ages to solve this one and even Rosalee going undercover
didn’t save the situation.
Not much happened in Swiss
Alps either. Meisner and Adalind circled back to the rendezvous point and got
away in one of the cars. Sebastian’s sacrifice was hard to watch especially
since there was kind of no need in it. He could have gone with Meisner and
Adalind, they had enough of a head start; instead he decided to stay back and
die heroically. Oh, well! At least he took three of his enemies with him.
Some observations
This has got to be my
shortest review of Grimm ever.
Weddings in
the woods is sort of a tradition for Wesen. At last there is something that the
families won’t argue about
So Nick is
worried he’d go all Grimm on the guests at the wedding. I wonder how many
guests will there be, when the rumor of Grimm as a best man for Monroe hit the streets.
Adalind has
become so sweet. Motherhood suits her.
Damien, the
Last Dragon, was kinda cool.
Memorable Quotes:
Monroe: “I want to thank you for changing
my life, because if it hadn't been for you, I never would have met Rosalee, and
for that, I am truly grateful.”
Rosalee: “Me
too.”
Monroe: “So... Will you pay for the
wedding?”
Sol’s
rating: Not at all impressive, and it’s a second week in the row….
