“I think I had a mother once”
Boys eyes were glowing while they were still in human form…. I didn’t think Wesen’s eyes could glow before they woge…. Did we know that?
Monroe: “ Well,
look, whatever kind of family you have, reality is relative. You know, normal is
just the middle of the mess.”
You don't say!
Meisner was kind enough to drop by and explain Sean (and us) what, who and
how. As it turned out Viktor was behind it all. Well not all, but he is to
blame that the King is now feeding the fish. Viktor made a simple deal with the Resistance: the King for Diana. Only now, Meisner
still doesn’t know where Diana is. Let’s assume she is with the Resistance.
Could it be that simple, that FBI lady Chavez was also part of the Resistance? I'm still not clear on what the secret organization is all about....
The case of the week was a very sad one. Poor wesen orphans were
kidnapping women to be their mother… and they didn’t even know they were wesen. The
interesting thing about cases this season is that it’s the second one in a row
that seems to be connected to the overall arc. Poor boys ended up in some place
that grooms wesen children for… what exactly? I’m still not clear on what this
whole uprising means….
Let's move to thinks we do understand, shall we?
I was wrong, Nick’s house went off the market in a matter of seconds. What
can I say – Portland
is full of magic. Can’t quite figure out what I think about their new … house
somewhere in a Warehouse District. It has lots of doors and secret tunnel and overall is more secure, I give it that, but it is
also very remote. Like, is it really wise to be that far out with an infant
child?
The set up is quite intimate, what’s with one bedroom, one bathroom and all. Things
will happen, mark my word. I didn’t think they would move that fast though. By the end of the episode Nick left his
prison bunk in the corner and moved into the master bedroom. Well, now it’s just a
matter of time. You can tell I’m loving this development a lot. A lot more than boring
and pale relationships Nick had with Juliette. What surprises me however is how
organic and natural it happens and feels, considering their past, even though I like it,
it is still surprisingly well done. The whole exchange about them being each
other’s supernatural first was cute. The chemistry between these two is very obvious. If you don’t see
the sparks, you need to check your eyes.
Some observations
So, it was indeed Trubel
behind that door. Well, I guess we’ll see why and what in the next episode.
Adalind met someone from her
old firm. Are they planning on sending her to work?
Boys eyes were glowing while they were still in human form…. I didn’t think Wesen’s eyes could glow before they woge…. Did we know that?
Kelly doesn’t display any
weird signs yet, so let’s hope he’s a normal human baby.
No number.
Memorable Quotes:
Adalind: “Kelly,
you're too young to appreciate the irony of this, but the car we're driving belonged
to a woman who tried to kill me. Of course I tried to kill her too. It was all
very complicated.”
Sol’s rating: it was quite average... but I still liked it... did you?
